About Tim

One leadership philosophy. Two fields shaped by trust.

Timothy Bohlke has built his career around a simple belief: meaningful results begin with strong relationships, clear purpose, and consistent follow-through.

Across more than 20 years in educational leadership, Tim has served as a superintendent, assistant superintendent, principal, and assistant principal in elementary, middle, and high school settings. His work has centered on building collaborative school cultures, strengthening instructional and student-support systems, developing staff, and creating genuine partnerships with families and communities.

That same people-first approach has guided more than three decades in real estate. Tim has served as Branch Manager of Howard Hanna | Rand Realty offices in Suffern, New York, and Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. He is also a licensed real estate instructor in New York and a licensed real estate professional in both New York and New Jersey, bringing integrity, discretion, market knowledge, and a steady focus on each client’s goals to his leadership, teaching, mentoring, and advisory work.

Whether supporting a school community, developing professionals, or helping a family make an important move, Tim brings the same qualities to the table: visible leadership, honest communication, thoughtful strategy, and a commitment to results that endure.
